Monthly Coaching is available and starts with a recommended 3 month commitment. After that, coaching is on a month-by-month bases if you wish to continue. Monthly Coaching typically includes 2 sessions per month. This is an excellent choice if you like the routine, structure and built-in accountability that regular on-going coaching can give you.

Flexible Time Block packages of 6, 12 or 18 session hours are available at various price ranges and are valid from 6 to 9 months depending on the package you choose. Then, it's up to you when and how you use the sessions�make appointments as often or as occasionally as you like. A Time Block package is a ideal if want more flexibility and selection.

   Ongoing Regular Sessions

  • Most ARIS Individual Session are available with your Time Block package
  • Session Transfers: you can transfer Time Block sessions to a partner, spouse or family member (ask how).
